The only issue i have sometimes is the anxiety attacks. I am achieve things that i wanted to achieve but was unable to focus on it. It has now been maybe 3 months and i have been feeling really good. After 2 weeks, i had 3 consecutive days of anxiety attacks and went back down to 150mg XL. But since i was taking this for add, it wasn't helping to focus on projects so i tried to up the dose to 300mg XL. I was becoming more aware of my emotions and dealing with things a little better. Social situations that usually gave me anxiety sort of lost it's edge. Suicidal ideations, constipation, burning bowel movements and several panic attacks, brain fog, feeling tired. The first 12 days on wellbutrin was horrible. After I found the right dosage the only real side effect for me was appetite suppression, which has been OK because I only lost a couple pounds which was fine by me I always shy away from taking anti depressants but it’s been really helpful in getting my life back on track. I thought for about a period of three months because I was feeling so great and then decided to return when another major life stressors showed up in my marriage. I have the energy now to do my day-to-day life activities including all the natural ways that I use to manage my mood like exercising and having quiet time. So she reduced my dose to 75mg and added 20 mg Prozac and it’s been a great combo for me. My psychiatrist started me on 150 mg per day which made me feel really anxious. All patients met DSM-IV criteria for major depression with onset within 3 months of delivery and scored 17 or greater on the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) at baseline.
